Real-time PCR assay simultaneously detects nine different DEC virulence genes. Data from individual reaction mixtures, each containing DNA from ETEC, EAEC, STEC, EPEC, EIEC, or DAEC strains, are presented in a single graph to show the separation between individual amplicon melting curves.
